The blend of this cuvée champagne from the Maison Leroy Meirhaeghe winery is heavily dominated by Chardonnay, combined with Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. This champagne benefits from long ageing in our cellars, and is made using only grand cuvée wines. The bouquet is particularly floral and delicate; notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla swirl around aromas of pear, along with distinctive notes of tea flowers. On the palate this wine is light and sweet, owing to the presence of white fruit flavours such as pear. Notes of toasted brioche and honey swirl over the palate before it is beset with fresh citrus flavours. A subtle and delicate champagne, with a floral bouquet and indulgent mouthfeel.
